Professor Donaldson is the director of the Zicklin center for Business Ethics Research at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a founding member of the Society for Business Ethics. He is author of Ties That Bind: A Social Contract Approach to Business Ethics in addition to several other titles. He was recently a guest to the Hunstman School of Business at Utah State University.
