China's Ex-Premier Resigns Military Post

China completes its first peaceful leadership change in five decades, as former President Jiang Zemin relinquishes command of the Chinese military.

The move completes the transfer of power to current President Hu Jintao, who also leads the Communist party. NPR's Rob Gifford reports.
