The autopsy of the body believed to be Gabby Petito that was found near Jackson, Wyoming is scheduled for Tuesday, and investigators say it could answer a lot of questions. Following the autopsy, investigators will be able to 100% confirm whether the body belongs to Petito or not. It will also give them a much better idea of the cause of death and a better idea of what next steps need to be taken in the investigation.
It is unknown when the public will be updated with the results of the autopsy or if the FBI will be holding a press conference to inform the public.
