CDC Announces Fully Vaccinated People Can Stop Wearing Masks Indoors

On Thursday afternoon the Center for Disease Control announced fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask indoors.

According to the center’s website, people are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their last shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. The website also states that masks will still be required on planes, buses, trains and other forms of public transit in the United States. The announcement from the CDC does not override local mask mandates that may still be in place across the country.
