Criminal Charges Alleged Organizers Of Utah County Halloween Party

Criminal charges have been filed against the alleged organizers of a Utah County Halloween Party, according to the Provo Daily Herald.

The Utah County Attorney General David Leavitt announced on Monday that his office filed class-B misdemeanor charges in the Utah County Justice Court against nine individuals in relation to the Halloween Dance Party near Utah Lake last year.

Four of those individuals have also been issued violations of a public health order by the Utah County Health Department, as well as two Provo-based events companies. This carries a civil penalty of up to $10,000.
