High Levels Of E-Coli Found In Hyrum Reservoir

High levels of E. coli have been found in Hyrum Reservoir in Cache County and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality recommends recreators not swim or boat in water that appears to have a harmful algal bloom. 

The Bear River Health Department issued a warning after samples were taken on Thursday Aug. 26 that found levels of E. coli in the reservoir to be over levels recommended by the Utah Department of Health.
