Over the Memorial Day Weekend, Tyler Riggs and David Faucett came into the UPR studio to talk, to listen and to hopefully bridge the current cultural and political divide. Both recommended one small step we can all take.
"We need to learn as a society to just get along better, invite your neighbors over for a barbecue that have completely different beliefs than you."
"We’ve got to start having the barbecues. I need to reach out to people, starting in the neighborhood, that I don’t talk to, get to know them. You don’t have to become best friends, but you should find some common ground."
