Smart Money Tip: Review Your Credit Report
It’s not uncommon for your credit reports to contain errors, and these issues can pop up at any time. So it’s a good idea to review your credit reports at least annually, of only for this purpose.
Do This Today: Visit annualcreditreport.com to access your credit reports from each of the three major credit reporting bureaus. Print your reports and perform a thorough review. Check for mis-spellings, incorrect addresses and of course watch out for fraudulent activity. This process is somewhat cumbersome, but critical as so much of your financial health is linked to your credit history.
