Utah Highway Patrol

Northbound I-15 near Willard has reopened after 3-4 hours of closure due to a man walking into the right lane and being struck by a semi-truck early Friday morning.

The incident occurred at 5:15 a.m. at mile marker 356 near the store Smith and Edwards. A black car with California plates was parked in the right-hand emergency lane in the area where the man walked into traffic.
