A former Cache Valley man made his first appearance in 1st District Court on Tuesday for multiple felony child sexual abuse charges.
Otto Duehart Kennedy, 62, faces seven first-degree counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. He could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.
The incidents of abuse are alleged to have happened around 2010, and charges were filed against Kennedy in February 2019. Read the rest of the story on HJnews.com.
