American Festival Chorus & Orchestra on UPR

UPR is partnering with the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra to begin an exciting new tradition: broadcasts to UPR’s statewide audience of the annual Cache Valley event, Christmas with the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra.

For our December 2016 broadcasts. Dr. Craig Jessop, former Director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and current Dean of the USU Caine College of the Arts, leads the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra in stirring performances of holiday classics. The concerts featured in the 2016 broadcast features special guest artists Jenny Oaks Baker, Jenny Jordan Frogley and Kurt Bestor, along with the Westminster Bell Choir and much more.

Christmas with the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra can be heard on UPR on Monday, December 12, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, December 24, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and Christmas Day from noon to 2:00 p.m.
