A holiday-themed Paint Night & Yoga event takes place at Sol Speak Yoga on November 30th from 6-9 PM.

The night begins with a short yoga flow to ignite creativity. Followed by a break and Hot Cocoa Bar and Snacks.

Our artist will provide step by step instruction on how to create a beautiful painting. All artistic levels are welcome. Anybody can paint and we will prove it!
