Richmond City presents a senior art festival — art and craft exhibition September 4th- 12th. September 4th features a 12:30 performance by the band "Local Grown." September 8-10 feature arts classes and demonstrations. September 12th there will be an art show during the city party. Classes are free for those 55+. Nominal fee for all others. To teach or demonstrate, call 435-258-2092.
