The director of the Uintah County Library is asking visitors to limit time spent at the community hub to thirty minutes. Sam Passey said the library in Vernal is open weekdays and Saturday after being closed to the public because of coronavirus restrictions.
The summer reading program has returned and, Passey said community groups can book the facility’s larger meeting rooms. There are plans to open the teen room soon. Visitors to the Uintah County Library are not required to wear protective masks, but Passey is encouraging patrons to practice social distancing and following the thirty-minute time restriction.
