In partnership with Utah State University's Center for Persons with Disabilities, the University of Kentucky and the University of Alaska Anchorage, UPR announces its newest program called Project Resilience. It's a yearlong project where we explore the concept of resilience in the face of trauma through in-depth reporting, storytelling and community engagement.
More information about the project is coming, but until then, we are asking for stories. Our digital storytelling series highlights the lived experience of individuals with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities. This effort aims to raise awareness and educate the public on best practices when it comes to working with this population.
