Emissions Testing Mandate Discussed on Access Utah Wednesday

State Regulators approved a proposal to cut winter air pollution in Northern Utah. The plan will be up for public comment in October, but Cache County officials have already stated they do not like a mandate that would require emissions testing by the end of 2013.  In studio we have Lynn Lemon, Cache County executive; Randy Martin, Utah State University researcher, as well as a representative from the Utah Division of Air Quality.
