"Hello" is designed to start some of the most important conversations we can have: ones about living and dying and what matters most. A game designed to encourage fun and meaningful discussion among players, some of the questions are challenging, some are more fun, and some will make you think about things you may never have thought about before. Participants will receive information about medical decision-making and an advance directive that they may choose to complete. This event is a first step to advance care planning, and every participant will leave prepared to continue the conversation and take important steps to ensure their end-of-life care goals are known.

Every player can receive up to $90 in gift cards for participating in research, and complimentary refreshments will be provided to all players. Anyone can play. Space is limited so an RSVP to Amy at 435-754-0233 is needed.
