Governor's Press Conference

Just last week, Cox had affirmed he would not be voting for Trump this November, same as the last two elections. His change in opinion came after the recent assassination attempt on the former president.

Gov. Spencer Cox held his monthly press conference Thursday to answer reporters' questions about water levels, elections, and other issues relevant to the state.

In his monthly press conference, Gov. Cox discussed his priorities for the 2023 legislative session including tax cuts and teacher pay as well as Utah's snowpack and it's effect on the ongoing drought.
