Another special session of the Utah Legislature begins on Thursday, marking the fourth time the legislature has met since finishing the 2020 legislative session in March.
Sixteen bills and one joint resolution are to be considered on Thursday. Topics include guidelines for the creation of electronic wills, updates to 2020 election requirements and allowing schools for cosmetology and related profession to offer up to half their curriculum online.
