Acoustic Music Strolls along the Jordan River Parkway are back!Strolls are FREE, all ages events and will be held on the Jordan River Parkway adjacent to Jordan Park and the International Peace Gardens (1000 S 900 W). Parking is available throughout Jordan Park. Biking, walking and strolling is encouraged.Acoustic Music Strolls are June 12, June 19 and June 26 from 6 - 8 pm. During that time 8-10 acts (solos, duos, trios) will be playing lovely tunes along the Jordan River Parkway in a section that is approximately 1/4 mile.The Jordan River Parkway is paved and ADA accessible. Email primroseslc@gmail.com for further instruction and ADA accommodations.There is no formal seating at this venue. You may bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show. We ask that you do not block the Parkway but find a spot off to the side in one of the numerous grassy areas.Dogs, on leash, are welcome.Busking is a time honored tradition where performers entertain for donations. Four free concerts will be held on select Fridays throughout the summer at Swanny City Park. The free concerts are open to the public, and folks are encouraged to come with their friends and families. Beer and wine will be available for the adults. The concert stage will be set up adjacent to the pavilion, providing a perfect picnic spot for all under the large cottonwoods and a playground for the kiddos. We encourage everyone to walk, bike, or use the MAT to attend the concerts. Showtime is 6 to 9 PM. Opening acts begin at 6 PM. Main Stage performers will start at 7 PM. KZMU Community Radio will livestream on 90.1 FM and kzmu.org.

Called a “A sonic parade fit for New Orleans streets..” by The Salt Lake Tribune, Salt Lake City, Utah’s Flamingo is a six piece Jazz & Blues group inspired by New Orleans, Havana, & Miami. Their debut album “The Flamboyance” was called “An insane treat” by SLUG Magazine, while Utah Life Magazine said, “The group both hypnotizes and electrifies, serenades and stimulates…” Flamingo plays weekly in front of a packed house in downtown SLC, and is currently in the studio recording their first original album, due out Summer 2025.

Steppin’ on Main is a summer performance series at Eccles Theater and a partnership between Tin Angel, Eccles Presents, Salt Lake County Arts and Culture, and The Blocks Arts District.
A variety of performances every Friday draw audiences to the Eccles doorsteps for comedy, spoken word, fashion shows, and mariachi. The initiative puts money in the pockets of artists and brings more than 5,000 participants to Main Street, creating a outsized economic impact.

RockStock is a one-night-only classic rock festival happening Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Smith’s Ballpark in Salt Lake City.
