We meet photojournalist Scott Wallace, who wrote "The Unconquered: In Search of the Amazon's Last Uncontacted Tribes." It's the story of a journey into the deepest recesses of the amazon to track one of the planet's last uncontacted tribes in the world.
Wallace follows a 34-man team into the rainforest discovering the secrets, and moving closer to the tribe of deaf archers, called the flecheiros, or "People of the Arrow." This seldom-glimpsed tribe is known to repulse intruders with showers of deadly arrows before melting back into the shadows.
Also on the program is the leader of the expedition, Sydney Possuelo, who has tracked the tribe but not contacted them, in order to keep them safe.
