A proposal to replace Utah's voter-passed Medicaid expansion gets fast-tracked at the legislature. Republican lawmakers and governor Gary Herbert want to deliver the largest tax-cut in state history, but Democrats call for investments in other policy priorities (including education). And a judge rules that a San Juan County Commissioner is, indeed, a Utahn.
