UnDisciplined: Rethinking sexual harassment prevention in the workplace

Almost all large organizations — from government entities to universities to private businesses to non-profit organizations — engage in sexual harassment prevention training. And yet the problem persists. So maybe it's time to think differently about what we're doing.
