U.S Transportation Secretary, Elaine L. Chao, announced Tuesday the Cache Valley Transit Center will be awarded a $5.3 million dollar grant as part of the CARES act.

The funds will be used to support the bus system, help with maintenance, and aid in more frequent cleanings and PPE for workers in response to the pandemic.
