Beginning at 6:30, Gov. Spencer Cox will deliver the 2026 State of the State Address to the Utah State Legislature and the people of Utah before a joint session of the legislature in Salt Lake City on Jan. 22. Coverage will also include a response from Democratic Minority Leadership in the Utah Legislature.
