According to the U.S. Census Bureau's latest Household “Pulse Survey,” more Utah households had an adult move some or all of their work home during the COVID-19 pandemic than any other state. The survey says 52.7% of Utah households reported at least one adult changing their work location to be at home. Households with higher incomes were more likely to change work locations and a four-year degree gave people the option to work from home more often.
According to FOX 13, the most likely explanation for Utah’s large shift is because it has more children per capita than any other state.
