The Voices & Votes: Democracy in America Smithsonian exhibition tour will be presented in collaboration with communities across the state as part of the America250 commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the United States.
During the Utah tour, each host community will pair the national exhibition with locally created companion exhibits and public programs, illuminating how Utah’s people, places, and stories connect to the national democratic narrative. We are end of life doulas that are coming together to create a safe space where people can come and have conversations about death and dying. We do this over food in a large group. We are trying to help death become less taboo and educated people on anything from getting their affairs in order or how to do a green burial in Utah. All ages welcome. This is a safe, judgement free, no fixing zone. Every belief is welcome.
