Investigation Continues After Man Charged With Child Sex Abuse

Cache County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public to contact them with information about possible cases of sexual assault after arresting Brevan Baugh.

The Cache County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information as part of an investigation into possible incidents of sexual abuse involving a Cache County man.

Lt. Brian Locke says 41-year-old Brevan Baugh was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual abuse of a child Thursday, July 5. Baugh was booked into the Cache County Jail but has since posted the $40,000 bail.

The sheriff’s department believes there may be other victims and is asking anyone with information to contact their office, (435) 755-1000

At 14-years-old, Kerry began working as a reporter for KVEL “The Hot One” in Vernal, Utah. Her radio news interests led her to Logan where she became news director for KBLQ while attending Utah State University. She graduated USU with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and spent the next few years working for Utah Public Radio.
