As of 1 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, there are 2,683 confirmed coronavirus cases in Utah.
This marks a jump of 141 cases in 24 hours. One additional death have been reported, bringing the total number of Utahns to die from the virus to 21. There have been 17 new hospitalizations from the virus.
During the daily update on Thursday, Dr. Angela Dunn, the state epidimoligst, said Utah may be flattening it's curve, however, if social distacning measures are not followed, a spike would likely occur.
