The review looked at election systems in every Utah county.

In a review of election systems in every Utah county, the Office of the Legislative Auditor General (OLAG) found no evidence of systemic problems, widespread errors or significant fraud in the 2022 primary election.

The OLAG also outlined opportunities for improvement in Utah elections including an annual post-election audit, voter roll evaluations and regular updating of oversight and enforcement procedures in Utah Code.
