Note to readers on Washington County School District book ban story

On Thursday, June 18, UPR mistakenly posted a story about the Washington County School District’s book ban policy from The Utah Investigative Journalism Project without permission.

Our staff encountered the story via Utah News Dispatch, which typically publishes news under a Creative Commons license, and assumed it was available through that license. We have taken down the story from UPR.org, but encourage you to read it at The Utah Investigative Journalism Project, Utah News Dispatch, or St. George News.
