An evening marking the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence on Friday May 1st a Desert Hills high School at 7:00 p.m.

It's a celebration of American spirit, heritage, and hope. Voices of Freedom features works by iconic American composers alongside beloved patriotic favorites that reflect the voices and ideals that shaped our nation—past, present, and future. A solo classical guitar concert with William Kanengiser takes place on Friday May 15th at 7:30 in the Regent Street Black box in Salt Lake City. The Providence high classical guitar ensemble will open.

William Kanengiser has forged a career that expands the possibilities of the classical guitar. A prize-winner in multiple major competitions, he has toured throughout North America, Asia, and Europe with his innovative programs and expressive musicianship. This program will primarily feature music which was either dedicated to him or commissioned by him. The talented Providence High School Guitar Ensemble, directed by Sarah Palma, to open.
