“Indelible in the Hippocampus: Writings from the Me Too Movement” is a collection of essays, fiction, and poetry. Whether reflecting on their teenage selves or their modern-day workplaces, each writer approaches the subject with authenticity and strength. Together the pieces create a portrait of a cultural sea-change.
Utah Poet Laureate Paisley Rekdal is one of the contributing writers featured in the book. She’s headlining an event at The King's English Bookshop in Salt Lake City at 7PM on Thursday and she joins Tom Williams for the hour on Access Utah.
This episode of Access Utah is made possible with support from the Utah Women's Giving Circle, a grassroots community with everyday philanthropists raising the questions and raising the funds to empower Utah women and girls. Information available at utahwomensgivingcircle.com.
