Our guest today is Jordan Mathis, health officer at the Bear River Health Department. We review the latest public health indicators reported by the department, including a decline in suicide rates and an increase in residents seeking mental health services. We also talk about employee wellbeing, focusing on symptoms of burnout and ways to protect against it, the key drivers of workplace wellbeing, and the links between wellbeing and health.
