North Logan Students Compete In World Robotics Competition

A group of North Logan students are competing this week in Louisville, Kentucky at the World VEX Robotics competition. The team of six students attend InTech Colligate High School.

VEXis a company that offers robotics parts and programing designed to help students develop STEM skills. VEX competitions are hosted on a variety a levels from community to worldwide. Students build robots designed to meet specific competition goals using the VEX parts and guidelines. As they compete throughout the year, they continue to improve their robots with hopes of progressing to the world competition.

The students missed qualifying for the world competition by one point last year and said this year’s competition feels like redemption.
