On Thursday, the Utah Shakespeare Festival announced a five-year partnership with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. UPR’s Matilyn Mortensen spoke with Frank Mack, the executive producer of the Shakespeare Festival in Southern Utah about what this partnership means for Utah.
