Local and national election results recap on Access Utah

The results are in. Utah will have mostly Republican representation in its House and Senate as well as statewide offices. Former President Trump is president-elect. Republicans will control the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives is yet to be decided. We recapped the 2024 election with USU Political Science Professor Damon Cann.

Tom Williams worked as a part-time UPR announcer for a few years and joined Utah Public Radio full-time in 1996. He is a proud graduate of Uintah High School in Vernal and Utah State University (B.
