The Utah Ukulele Festival is a free outdoor event which offers family-friendly musical and dance performances, fun workshops for all ages and abilities, an open mic competition with amazing prizes, creative vendors, and more on Saturday August 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Willow Park in Logan

The Utah Ukulele Festival is a free outdoor event that places focus on the music of the ukulele and beautiful culture of the Polynesian Islands. UUF started in 2013 and ran for 7 consecutive years in Logan, Utah. The COVID-19 pandemic put an end to the festival, but this year, we are bringing it back!

The festival is held annually on the first Saturday of August from 10am – 8pm at Willow Park.

The Crystal Festival – A Rock, Mineral, Gem, & Crystal Show will be in the Uintah Conference Center (313 E 200 S in Vernal) on Saturday and Sunday August 1st and 2nd. The event includes children's activities, workshops, classes, and a new educational area.

Whether you’re a serious collector, a curious beginner, or just love unique shopping experiences, there’s something here for everyone.
 Open late from 10am to 8pm both days for easy, relaxed shopping and plenty of time to explore.  VIP Night – July 31st at 7pm for an extra-special evening experience.
This year’s show is packed with even more to do, including adult and children’s activities, interactive workshops, engaging classes, and our brand-new educational area designed to spark curiosity and inspire learning. Come shop, stay to play, and enjoy activities all weekend long.

HomeAid Utah is holding a carnival diaper drive for donations. The carnival includes a petting zoo, face painting, a cornhole tournament, tours, and treats at the Other Side Village in Salt Lake City on Friday August 14th starting at 10:00 a.m.

Join HomeAid Utah for their annual Diaper Drive Extravaganza: a free community carnival with games, treats, and a meaningful mission. Families can enjoy:

- A petting zoo

- Face painting booths, a dunk tank, and other carnival games

- A 16-team cornhole tournament

- Tours of the new, unoccupied tiny homes at The Other Side Village and a safe opportunity to talk with your children about people experiencing homelessness

- A chance to watch HomeAid build their iconic diaper houses

- Donuts, popcorn, and cotton candy

This carnival is hosted as part of HomeAid Utah’s 8th annual Diaper Drive. Attendees are encouraged to bring diapers to the event, which will be donated to the Utah Food Bank to support families across the state. The event also gives families a chance to see the new tiny homes at The Other Side Village, where HomeAid Utah and its partners have helped create housing for people transitioning out of chronic homelessness. Come enjoy a fun day with your family and see how Utahns can come together to support one another.
