There is a new exhibit at the USU Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art called Facing Fire: Art, Wildlife and the End of Nature in the New West. Last Saturday, a cross-disciplinary panel of artists from the exhibit, policy makers, and a firefighter discussed fire in the west, and we're joined by three of those panelists today.

The Utah Senate confirmed Brian Steed's appointment as Great Salt Lake commissioner on Wednesday, June 14. The vote (28) was unanimous with one senator absent from voting.

In other news, Brian Steed was unanimously confirmed by a Utah Senate committee as Great Salt Lake Commissioner, and the Utah Attorney General is pushing for the HALT Fentanyl Act to be passed.
