Storm Damage Leaves Thousands Without Power In Cache County

High winds from an overnight storm left thousands of Cache Valley residents cleaning up debris or without power Tuesday morning.

Cache County School District delayed the start of the school day by 2 hours due to "many schools currently without power" Tuesday morning districtwide. Eight schools cancelled classes entirely: Cedar Ridge, Greenville, Lincoln, Mountainside, North Park, River Heights and Wellsville elementaries, and South Cache Middle School.
