The Utah Shakespeare Festival presents Mary Shelly's Frankenstein playing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in September and October at the Anes Studio Theatre in Cedar City. Showtimes are at 8:00 p.m. with 2:00 p.m. matinees on Fridays.

Glen Ray's Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch in Spanish Fork is open for the season with 3 corn mazes and 30+ other family activities.

Cornbelly's Fall Festival is open on September 21st through October 31st. It is located at 3003 N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi at Thanksgiving Point. They have a lot of fall events and attractions happening throughout the season. For example, to honor Dolly Parton, they are hosting Dolly Day on September 25th and will have storytelling and more! Cornbelly's also has Cow Cuddling, Pig Races and other fall events. On Mondays through Thursdays it's open 4:00PM-10:00PM, on Fridays and Saturdays it's open 10:00AM-11PM and it's closed on Sundays.

Start the night with our Pre‑Event (6:00–7:00 p.m.), where you can explore the meaning behind Latin American flags and experience the photography exhibition Nuestros Vecinos: La Presencia Hispánica en Cache Valley, featuring work by Dr. J.P. Spicer‑Escalante.

The Main Event (7:00–8:30 p.m.) includes a Flag Parade, Ballet Folklórico de Efraín Villalobos, live performances, a Zumba session, and more. Refreshments will be available while supplies last.

Stay for Latin Dance from 8:30–10:00 p.m. and celebrate with music, movement, and community.

Salt Lake Film Society presents The 2026 Tower of Terror film series September 11 through October 31st.

Salt Lake Film Society (SLFS) is ready to make Salt Lake City scream again with the return of its 2026 Tower of Terror Film Series. This year’s lineup serves up aliens, slashers, witches, chainsaws, body horror and plenty of things that go bump in the night—all where horror belongs: on the big screen in a dark theater.

From Alien and The Thing to The Craft, Evil Dead II and The Shining, Tower of Terror gives horror lovers an excuse to spend nearly every weekend this fall getting scared at Broadway Centre Cinemas.

To kill a mockingbird is playing in the Parker theater in South Salt Lake on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. with a Saturday matinee at 3:30 p.m.

Harper Lee’s masterwork comes to life in this powerful adaptation of To Kill a Mockingbird. Set in the racially charged Deep South of the 1930s, this gripping drama follows young Scout Finch as she witnesses her father, Atticus Finch, take a stand for justice in a world steeped in prejudice. Through Scout’s eyes, we explore themes of morality, empathy, and the loss of innocence as Atticus defends a Black man falsely accused of a terrible crime. A stirring reminder of the courage it takes to do what’s right, even when the world tells you not to.

Usu Department of theater arts presents ancient Greek comedy in which euripides is on trial for his crimes against women in the plays he has written. Showtimes are October 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th 7:30 p.m. With a 1:00 p.m. Matinee on October 3rd in the Morgan Theater in the Chase Fine Arts Center on the USU Logan campus.

In this ancient Greek comedy, Euripides is on trial for his crimes against women in the plays he has written. When Euripides enlists his cousin to disguise himself as a woman to plead his case before the women, it doesn’t take long for the women to outsmart them and for hilarity to ensue.

Ages 6 and up are welcome

The 2026 season of Cinema Under the Stars is set to return to Laub Plaza in downtown Logan, offering a series of free, family-friendly evenings for the Logan community. Neighbors and visitors are invited to gather at 55 North Main every other Friday for hit movies, free popcorn, and community connection.

Designed as a welcoming space for all ages, the event transforms the plaza into an open-air theater. This season's lineup features a variety of beloved stories, from the superhero antics of The Incredibles to the magical family dynamics of Encanto and the colorful celebration of Coco.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite blankets and low-back chairs to settle in for the show. Each screening begins at 8:00 PM, providing a perfect way for families to kick off their weekends together in the heart of downtown Logan.

Featuring the illuminated installations Water, Mushrooms, and Snails, the exhibition explores ecology, mythology, and the delicate relationships that sustain the natural world.

Through sculptural forms and shifting light, Connelly invites viewers to reflect on water as a life-giving force, the hidden intelligence of fungi, and the quiet organisms that maintain ecological balance all around us.
