Something Rotten! is a hilarious, high-energy musical that reimagines Shakespeare’s world with a modern twist. Set in the Renaissance, it follows struggling playwrights Nick and Nigel Bottom, who try to outshine wildly popular William Shakespeare by creating the world’s first musical. Packed with show-stopping numbers, outrageous comedy, and clever nods to Broadway and the Bard, Something Rotten! is a joyful celebration of creativity, ambition, and the absurdity of the theatre world.

The natural History museum of Utah in Salt Lake City presents the exhibit Bug World from Saturday February 14th to Monday September 7th. Museum hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You’ll never look at bugs the same way again! 

The public is invited to celebrate the 110th birthday of the United States National Park Service on the last terrace at the Natural History Museum of Utah with games and live music on Tuesday August 25th at 7:00 p.m.

This event is free to attend, but an RSVP is required as seats are limited. One lucky attendee will take home a free, annual parks pass and a 32 oz. bucket-list water bottle!

Guests are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Please note that the University of Utah is an alcohol- and drug-free campus.

Luminous Ecologies by Meredith Connelly will transform the plaza into an immersive environment of light, movement, and interconnected life systems. Featuring the illuminated installations Water, Mushrooms, and Snails, the exhibition explores ecology, mythology, and the delicate relationships that sustain the natural world.

Through sculptural forms and shifting light, Connelly invites viewers to reflect on water as a life-giving force, the hidden intelligence of fungi, and the quiet organisms that maintain ecological balance all around us.

See How They Run is a classic British farce, packed with mistaken identities, unexpected visitors, and nonstop chaos. Set in a quiet English vicarage during WWII, the play spirals into comedic mayhem as a soldier, a German POW, a Russian spy, and multiple clergymen, converge on the house. Written to boost morale during wartime, this fast-paced comedy delivers delightful confusion and wild fun for audiences of all ages.
